Mitsubishi has a new crossover concept in the works – known currently as only “XM” – which is scheduled to get its world debut at the upcoming Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show. Not only that, but Mitsubishi has confirmed that the concept model will definitely be going into production.
And recently, the automaker revealed a picture of the Mitsubishi XM concept, ahead of schedule. You can see the Mitsubishi XM concept image here. The vehicle’s bold grille and sharp design stands out immediately.
It’s safe to assume that Mitsubishi’s goal with the XM concept is to create a crossover model that offers the strength of an SUV with the agile handling of a smaller car, and from the looks of it, the XM concept might be the perfect blend.
The road-ready version of the model isn’t scheduled to begin production until October of next year, so we will probably have a long time to wait before the XM is available for purchase.
